Your birth chart is the map to your soul, it tells you where every planet, sign, house, etc was the moment when you were born. According to astrology this is what determines who you are the moment you're born.
Once you put your information in the cite it should spit out something like this
The birth chart is made up of four different parts, the only part you need to worry about right now is the big circle. It tells you everything you need to know, those other three parts are just there to make the circle a little easier to decipher.

The symbols closest to the outside of the circle are the symbols for each zodiac sign, the symbols inside represent each planet. So whatever sign each planet is underneath, that's the sign that that planet is in. For example in this chart the symbol for the sun is underneath the symbol for gemini, that means this persons sun sign (aka their 'main' sign) is in gemini.

There's also those black lines that are numbered, those are houses (I'll explain those later). Whatever sign each line is pointing towards is what sign that house is in and whatever planet is left to each line is what house that planet is in. So in this chart, this person (it's Momo, it's my beloved Momo Momone) has their sun sign in gemini, in the ninth house and their 10th house (more commonly know as midheaven) is also in gemini.
